We want you to love your purchase from ABU & Co. Please review our refund policy carefully before completing your order.


All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Haircare products

  • Oils, shampoos, conditioners, and treatments

  • Hair extensions and beauty accessories


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

  • Photos of the original packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement for the affected item. Refunds will not be issued.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.


Shipping Issues

ABU & Co is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

Please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number for delivery-related issues.


Payment Issues

If an order is canceled due to a payment issue (such as unclaimed or failed funds), no charges are completed, and no refund is necessary.
